為什麼我這麼愛運動!也跑很多肌肉長不起來

說到跑步⋯😏
常常有人跟我分享一天跑幾公里幾公里⋯我只能說 你超厲害的😂😂 我倒是無法跑這麼久又這麼遠😭
其實我最怕變肉鬆

Your muscle mass is DIRECTLY related to your basal metabolic rate (how many calories you burn at rest). So stop running off your muscle and let your gains burn your fat for you!"
